Initiating a Return
Returning an item is easier than ever! Please follow these steps to start the online return process*:
We will also send you a return confirmation via email that includes your UPS return link, and return instructions.
NOTE: If returning on your own, please note that returns must be sent through a reliable, traceable carrier. We cannot accept hand delivered returns to our warehouses.

Packaging your return
Ensure that your item is packaged well and is in a box suitable for shipping. If you can use the original packaging that the item came in, that is great! If it is not usable, that's ok. Any box that you have that fits the item and will protect it from damage as it makes its way back to us is fine.
Bed Bath & Beyond is unable to send a box to send your return back in, so please make sure you keep that packaging until you are sure you do not need to return the item.
Guest Checkout Return
If you used Guest Checkout to place your order, please follow these steps:
Create an Bed Bath & Beyond account with the same email address you used to place your order.
Once you create your account, follow the steps above to return your item.
